What is Mountain Bliss Creations?

Mountain Bliss Creations is a small, family-owned business tucked away in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, where faith, family, and craftsmanship come first. What started as a simple love for creating meaningful décor has grown into a full-blown “if you can dream it, we can make it” custom gift shop serving customers all over the U.S.A

What products do you offer?

Mountain Bliss Creations offers handcrafted goods (such as decor, gifts, and seasonal items) created with faith, family and intention in mind. From custom signs and personalized ornaments to engraved hats, stocking tags and other meaningful pieces.   

Product availability may change throughout the year due to limited runs and seasonal collections. 

Shipping

How does shipping work? 

Shipping is paid by the customer at the time of purchase during checkout. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and delivery address and will be shown before you submit your payment. 

Do you offer local pickup?

If you are local and would like to request a pickup option instead of shipping, please choose “Local Pick-up” and we will reach out to make arrangements for pick-up.

Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you have any issues with your order, please email mtnblisscreations@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date. 

We will review your message and reach out to you directly to discuss the best solution, which may include a replacement, adjustment, or other resolution at her discretion. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email mtnblisscreations@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage. 

This information helps us assess what happened and work with you on a resolution as quickly as possible. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to request a change or cancellation, email mtnblisscreations@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we’ll let you know if changes are still possible.

Do you accept custom or personalized orders? 

YES! Check ou tour Custom page. We’re here to walk you through your order, and we’ll let you know options, pricing, and timing.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If this is a custom piece, it may take more time to design, create and . Typically for other items, it takes 3-5 business days for creation but may vary during busy seasons or for custom items. 

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the carrier; your tracking details (if available) will provide the most up‑to‑date estimate. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

All major credit and debit cards accepted by Shopify are available at checkout, and you may also be able to use digital wallet options depending on your region.  

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout system and a fee is applied for credit cards.
